ALFISO cements are a high
temperature, air-setting cements for use with ceramic fiber products.
The cements can be used to attach ceramic fiber products to metal,
brick, plastic, castable refractories or fiber to fiber applications,
using spray, dip, or brush.
Cement A1: Inorganic high temperature
adhesive with medium viscosity, for cement fiber on steel but also fiber
to fiber.
Cement A3: Inorganic high temperature
adhesive with higher viscosity, for cement fiber on steel but also fiber
to fiber.
Cement 1400: High temperature adhesive for
cementing ceramic fiber to fiber (porous on porous surface).
Cement HT1800: For cementing high
temperature refractory fiber material up to 1800℃.

AVAILABILITY: 25kg pail
Working
information: The glue must be mixed before
using. The surface which will be glued,
has to be free from dust and oil.
Surfaces with a high absorptive capacity have to be wetted with water
before. You can adjust the consistence with
max.15% (weight) H2O.You can store material in closely packed canes for
min.12 months by temperatures 10-25℃.
