HIGH TEMPERATURE COATING |
ALFISO refractory coatings
are designed to provide a protective surface layer over ceramic fiber
products, to resist chemical attack, mechanical wear, high gas velocity
or non-wetting treatment against aluminium, brass or bronze alloys.
Coating 1500A: Protective coating for
ceramic fiber products against mechanical wear or high gas velocity.
Coating 1500E: Same application as 1500A,
with lower viscosity, provides thin coating.
Coating 1500N: Same application as 1500A,
but without organic composites.
Coating BS: Coating for launder or other
ALFISO vacuum formed products for aluminium applications.
Coating BS4: Coating for launder or other
ALFISO vacuum formed products for aluminium applications, suitable for
special alloys if the content of Mg or Na is high.

Availability: 25kg pail
Working information: The
Coating must be mixed before using. The surface which will be coated, has
to be free from dust and oil. Surfaces with a high absorptive capacity
have to be wetted with water before .You can adjust the consistence
with max.15%(weight)H2O.You can store material in closely packed
canes for min.12 months by temperatures 10℃-25℃.
