ALFISO ISOTEK YARN GENERAL INFORMATION ISOTEK Yarn is manufactured from high quality ceramic fiber and has been mechanically twisted to give it tensile strength. The yarn is available as E-glass, stainless steel wire or high temperature alloy wire reinforced yarn from 425Tex up to 2500Tex in single, two or three plies of single yarn twisted together in order to form a heavier yarn or higher strength.   ISOTEK Yarn contains approximately 18% organic fiber which burns out at high temperatures, causing some smoking and outgassing, but has no effect on the properties of the products..   PROPERTIES Products ISOTEK 1260 ISOTEK 1430 Max.
