ALFISO™ Castertips
ALFISO produce high quality castertips, completely inorganic and zero
shrinkage at 800°C, for application in the continuous aluminium strip
casting, available for every type of twin roll thin strip caster being
used today.
AT450 is refractory ceramic fiber soft tip made from shot free fiber,
provides high performance in manufacture of the finest grades of medical,
food and packaging foils.
AT700 is refractory ceramic fiber hard tip made from shot free fiber,
filler and inorganic binder, exhibits excellent strength, smooth surfaces
and uniform consistency.
ALFISO castertips with excellent non-wetting properties, low thermal
conductivity, high temperature stabilities, uniform density, smooth
surfaces and close tolerance, is superior products for continuous
aluminium strip casting.
