ALFISO^™ Hardener

ALFISO Hardener H30 (or called regidizer) is a colloidal silica compound for rigidizing the surfaces of ceramic fiber products to provide hardness and resistance to erosion and high velocity gases.

The hardener can be used by brushing, dipping, rolling or spraying. The surface to be rigidized should be free of all grease and oil. The hardener receives its bonding action by removing of physical water. Bonding may be accelerated by heating or drying. With one kilo for 2 square meters of ceramic fiber product surface will render a hard surface without completely rigidizing the inside of the ceramic fiber product.
