ALFISO 陶瓷纤维浇包是用于铝行业铸造机器人，用来代替笨重的铸铁浇包。陶瓷纤维浇包具有重量轻、隔热性能好、热容低的特点，不需要预热即可直接使用。传统的铸铁浇包很容易被腐蚀，而耐火纤维浇包不会出现这种情况。温度的损失不超过5℃。通常，浇包表面刷有涂料，以适用各种合金的铸造。
陶瓷纤维浇包如果有损坏，可以使用我们的纤维可塑料APO50/100进行修补。精心使用、及时维修可以延长 浇包的使用寿命。
ALFISO produce ceramic fiber pouring cups for foundry robots, to replace the heavy cast-iron cups. The pouring cups are of light weight, provide excellent thermal insulation and low thermal mass properties, can be used without preheating. It's non-wetting preventing sticking of a casting skin. The corrosion, which can be mainly observed with metal cups, does not occur with ceramic fiber cups. The loss of temperature is only approx. 5℃. As standard, before delivery a coating is applied to all casting cups, which is also suitable for very saline alloys.
Ceramic fiber pouring cups are available to be repaired with our mastic APO50/100, the better you take care of them, the longer they last.
